That’s why we are there for you year-round, not just at renewal. Our aim is to become an extension of your Human Resource department, allowing you to outsource your employee benefits issues and reduce your administrative burdens.

We’ll take care of all aspects of plan administration, such as:
  • Handling claim problems and assisting employees with declinations
  • Interpreting contract provisions
  • Locating and correcting premium discrepancies
  • Reviewing summary plan descriptions and contracts for accuracy and completeness
  • Assisting with eligibility problems

Lifetime Benefits will coordinate preparation of 5500 forms including supporting schedules and summary annual reports and assist with preparation of required plan documents. We review all forms and supporting documents for accuracy.
